We are a small team with extensive experience in data analysis, dashboard and tool development, and delivering training in coding and software skills. As active academics with a background in social and health research, we bring a unique combination of technical expertise and real-world insight. Andy Baxter, PhD

Andy is a researcher who enjoys finding creative, accessible and interactive ways of engaging with and presenting data. Andy founded datakiln with the goal of helping teams make good use of their data.

Erik Igelstöm, PhD

As a researcher and software developer, Erik has extensive experience building and deploying web applications for a range of clients. They have a PhD in Public Health and have worked in academia, industry, and the public sector.

Dylan Lewis, MPH

With a background in public health and data journalism, Dylan enjoys creating engaging and accessible ways to explore data, including dashboards, interactive tools, and visualisations.
